• Enter the Contract Account Number, mobile number, and email ID.
• Accept the terms and conditions.

• The bill details will be displayed. Follow the steps on the next page to pay the water bill.

Paytm

The procedure to pay the water bill via Paytm is mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of Paytm or open the app on your smartphone.
• Select All Payment Services.
• Click on Water Bill.
• Enter the Water Board. In this case, select Public Works Department (Goa).
• Enter the consumer number.
• Click on Proceed.
• Follow the steps on the next page to pay the water bill.

Mobikwik

The process to pay the bill by using Mobikwik is mentioned below:

• Visit mobikwik.
• Select Public Works Department (Goa)' as the operator.
• Enter the consumer number.
• Click on Go.
• You will be able to pay the water bill on the next page.

Google Pay

The process that must be followed to pay the water bill by using Google Pay is mentioned below:

• Open the Google Pay app on your smartphone.
• Type Goa PWD - Water in the search bar.
• Next, the water bill account must be linked with the Google Pay account. Enter the consumer number and nickname.
• Click on Link Account.
• Next, choose the account. The bill will be displayed.
• Click on Pay.
• Choose the account from which you want to pay the bill.
• Enter the PIN to complete the payment.

PhonePe

The procedure that must be followed to pay the water bill by using PhonePe is mentioned below:

• Open the PhonePe app on your smartphone.
• Click on See All under Recharge & Pay Bills.
• Click on Water. The option can be found under Utilities.
• Next, select Public Works Department (Goa) as the biller.
• Enter the Consumer Number and click on Confirm.
• Follow the steps to pay the water bill.

Process to Get a New Water Connection in Goa

The procedure that must be followed in order to get a new water connection in Goa is mentioned below:

1. Visit goa online Registration and complete the registration process.
2. Visit goa online login and login to your account.
3. Submit the application form along with the relevant documents.
4. Make a note of the acknowledgement number.

It may take up to 30 days for your request to be processed.

Documents Required

1. In the case of a non-domestic connection, the Trade License must be submitted.
2. In case you are living in rented premises, power of attorney must be provided.
