1. Visit https://cescrajasthan.co.in/besl/pages/event/.
2. Click on 'New Connection'.
3. On the next page, you will need to enter details such as your name, address, details of your neighbour, the type of connection that is required, bank name, account number, Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar number, connection details, and billing type.
4. Click on 'Submit'.
5. Follow the steps on the next page to apply for a new connection online.

The BESL online registration process is given below:

1. Visit the official website of BESL.
2. Click on 'Register With Us'.
3. Enter the Account Information and Personal Information.
4. Next, enter the username, password, email ID, security question, security answer, mobile number, first name, middle name, last name, city, and captcha code.
5. Agree to the terms and conditions.
6. Enter the captcha code.
7. Click on 'Submit' to complete the registration process.

Different Ways to Pay the BESL Electricity Bill Online

The different methods by which you can pay the BESL electricity bill online are mentioned below:

On BESL's Official Website

1. Visit https://cescrajasthan.co.in/besl/pages/event/.
2. Click on 'Quick Pay'.
3. Select 'Electricity Bill Payment'.
4. Next, choose the type of payment from the options that are provided (Quick Bill or NEFT or RTGS).
5. Enter the K number.
6. Click on 'Submit'.
7. Follow the steps on the next page to complete the payment process.

Electricity Bill Payment through Paytm

1. Visit Paytm's official website or open the app on your smartphone.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Click on 'Pay Electricity Bill'.
4. Next, select Rajasthan as the state and Bharatpur Electricity Services Limited (BESL) as the electricity board.
5. Enter the K Number.
6. Click on 'Proceed'.
7. Follow the instructions on the next page to pay the bill.

Electricity Bill Payment through Google Pay

1. Open the Google Pay app on your smartphone.
   

1. Tap on ‘New payment’. 

1. Choose 'Pay Bills'. 

1. Click on ‘Add Payment’. 

1. Select 'Electricity'. 

1. Select the biller type. 

1. Tap on ‘Get Started’. 

1. Enter Account Number or Account ID and tap on ‘Link account’. 

1. Tap on ‘Pay Bills’. 

1. Select the payment mode and tap on ‘Pay’ 

1. It takes three days to reflect in the customer’s account. 

Electricity Bill Payment through Mobikwik

1. Visit Mobikwik's official website.
2. Select 'Electricity'.
3. Choose 'Bharatpur Electricity Services Ltd. (BESL)' as the operator.
4. Enter the K Number and click on 'Go'.
5. Enter the required details on the next page to pay the bill and click on ‘Continue’.
6. Click on ‘Make Payment’ and enter the payment details to complete the payment process.

Electricity Bill Payment through PhonePe

1. Open the PhonePe app on your smartphone.
2. Choose 'Electricity'.
3. Under the 'Operator' section, choose 'Bharatpur Electricity Services Ltd. (BESL)'.
   
4. You will need to select the bank and enter the PIN next to pay the bill.
